We're proud to share our strategy for the next five years. It features inclusive mental health support with 'no wrong front door' to support, tackling health inequalities and reducing mental health stigma among our key goals - with partnership working and co-production as our guiding principles. Our new strategy was co-produced with our trustees, people who use our services, partners, employees and volunteers.

Looking after your mental health
We've been working with you to look after your mental health for over 50 years. During that time, we've evolved and expanded our support and how we work.
It is important to us that anyone in West Sussex is able to get support. So our work includes outreach to ensure those who most need us know about us and feel able to ask for help. We are working with a wide variety of communities and have Ukrainian support available, help for children, young people, adults, older people, parents, carers and families.
If you are struggling with your mental wellbeing, we are here for you.
