We need you to complete a fundraising registration form to notify us of your intention to hold an event or take part in an activity in aid of our charity. So please take a few minutes to complete it to let us know about your plans. We'll need to log your activity or event.
You can also use the form to ask for things you'd like from us such as banners, leaflets about mental health / our support and collection buckets or tins.
