It costs £12 to sign up to the challenge with a target to fundraise £100.

What do I receive for signing up?

You'll receive a branded swimming hat, a tracker to record your progress and access to our fundraising platform so that friends and family can donate.

When is the September Swim?

As the name suggests, the September Swim takes place in September 2024 and you work towards your target distance of 5k (or more!) throughout the month.

Why support West Sussex Mind?

We are an independent local charity. We support people with their mental health, provide specialist training and campaign to improve services and promote understanding. By fundraising for us, you are helping us continue our vital services, reach more adults and young people and meet the growing need for mental health support.
