Do you need urgent help with your mental health?

West Sussex Mind's Staying Well is an out-of-hours service (evenings and weekends) in the centre of Worthing, offering a safe alternative for people who might otherwise go to A&E when this isn't the best place for them. No appointment is necessary - please drop in or give us a call.

Staying Well is run by a team of mental health and peer support workers in partnership with the local NHS.

We offer a relaxed and welcoming environment where you can get non-judgemental support tailored to your needs, with opportunities for informal peer support.

Our team can help you build the skills to reduce emotional and psychological distress. We can also let you know about other services and organisations which may be able to help you.

Visit Staying Well at Methold House, North Street, Worthing BN11 1DU during our opening hours (Monday to Friday, 5pm-10.30pm, Saturday and Sunday, 12noon-10.30pm). Note that we can only accept drop-ins after 2pm at weekends, so please call ahead between 12 and 2pm.

Call Staying Well on 01903 268107 or email sww@westsussexmind.org. Please call during our opening hours.

The entrance to Staying Well is at the back of Methold House on Gordon Road
