Mental health support for the Ukrainian community
If you have arrived recently West Sussex from Ukraine and need help with your mental health, we can support you - and we can assist with translation. We also offer advice if you are hosting a Ukrainian refugee and think they might benefit from our services
We want to ensure that if you or your family are struggling with your mental health, you can get support with us. We understand that sometimes it can be difficult to ask for help.
Call Help Point on 0300 303 5652 to find out more about our services or email helppoint@westsussexmind.org
