This engaging animation looks at anxiety, specifically relating to children and young people.

The film explains what anxiety is in simple language which will be easily understood by children.

It highlights some of the signs to look out for if you suspect that a child is feeling anxious, such as shallow breathing, high temperature or stomach pains.

Ali Lovegrove is a Emotional Health and Wellbeing Worker at YMCA DownsLink Group and has a background working with children, young people and their families in groups and 1:1, using a psycho-education approach. She has experience in training and facilitation of workshops in several specialist areas such as Adverse Childhood Experiences and Trauma Informed Practice.
