Our group development sessions provide you with an opportunity not only to hear from others who are experiencing similar challenges but to learn from them – and share experiences and coping strategies.
In addition, we offer social activities online and in person, where you can meet others and build confidence as part of your recovery journey. In Littlehampton, these include:
- a peer-led men's group
- get togethers
- mindfulness
- crafts.
We also have private Facebook groups for adults who get help with us in Littlehampton, a separate one for young people, aged 16 to 25, who are receiving support with us in the Adur, Worthing and Arun areas, and a Facebook group for parents of young children.
Our team can help you with:
- advice and information about your mental health and other services
- one-to-one support to set goals, review your progress and discuss any issues you are dealing with
- focused learning and development workshops led by staff and trained peer volunteers. Sessions will help you achieve your goals to improve your mental and physical well-being and support your personal development
- practical help from a peer volunteer.
