Salary: £26,145.60 per annum (FTE £32,682)

Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic team leader to join our Adur Pathfinder team. You will be working with the service manager to ensure that our adult mental health team in the Adur area delivers a high quality service to those that need it.
You will work with our existing voluntary and statutory partners to ensure that service users are signposted into areas of support, develop our service offer and referral pathways. The successful candidate will work with local community groups to offer mental health support services to those less likely to engage.
Part of the role will be to lead on the implementation of service developments and new initiatives.
If you have experience of:
- Working with people with mental health needs.
- Developing staff and volunteers.
- Working independently, using your own initiative as well as being part of a team.
- Line management and supervision of staff.
